Coconut milk4 tablespoon
grated coconut4 tablespoon
Cashew Nuts5 unit(s)
Xylanthol1 tablespoon
Cinnamon powder1 coffee spoon
Mint leaves, chopped1 tablespoon

Chop 1 whole mango and freeze
In the processor or blender, place the frozen mango, coconut milk and grated coconut, chestnuts and xylanthol, beat well until it becomes a cream.
Place in a bowl and mix in the chopped mint.
Place in bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon on top, put in the fridge and serve chilled.
