- Coconut milk4 tablespoon
- grated coconut4 tablespoon
- Cashew Nuts5 unit(s)
- Xylanthol1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 coffee spoon
- Mint leaves, chopped1 tablespoon
- Chop 1 whole mango and freeze
- In the processor or blender, place the frozen mango, coconut milk and grated coconut, chestnuts and xylanthol, beat well until it becomes a cream.
- Place in a bowl and mix in the chopped mint.
- Place in bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon on top, put in the fridge and serve chilled.
