- In the blender, make a very creamy juice with the mangoes. No need to add sugar. Add the cream and condensed milk and beat until you get a homogeneous cream. Put the cream in a glass dish and put it in the fridge. For 2 hours, go every 30 minutes to the freezer and mix the ice cream with a fork. This prevents the ice cream from having ice cubes. Serve cold.
