- Lemon Juice1 tablespoon
- Unflavored Gelatin1/2 tablespoon
- Water2 tablespoon
- Peel the mango, chop and kill in a blender or food processor without water. Reserve.
- Put the gelatine in a container and add the water to hydrate. In the blender start beating condensed milk and lemon for 2 minutes. Add the mango and milk cream and beat for another minute. Microwave the gelatin for 15 seconds to dissolve as instructed on the package. With the gelatin completely dissolved, add it to the blender and beat just to incorporate.
- Distribute the cream in individual cups or in a bowl of your choice and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. It's ready to serve. The texture is light and creamy, not gelatinous.
