- Xylitol4 tablespoon
- Maracuja2 unit(s)
- Xylitol1 tablespoon
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- Water1/2 cup
- Freeze mango pulp for at least 12 hours
- In a pan add the water and the 4 spoons of xylitol and let it boil
- Place the frozen pulp and the heated xylitol syrup in the processor, let it beat until it gains a creamy texture, keep it in the freezer until serving time.
- In a pan add the passion fruit pulp and the xylitol, let it boil until it reduces and thickens slightly, serve with the sorbet
