- Shredded Coconut500 g
- Sugar2 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Margarine/Butter2 tablespoon
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Peel the cassava and grate it. Add 2 glasses of water to the cassava in a bowl, add the grated coconut, sugar, salt, previously beaten eggs, butter and, finally, coconut milk (reserve 2 spoons). Bake in a hot oven, in a well-greased round shape. When it starts to brown and become firm, remove a little from the oven, drizzle with the reserved coconut milk and sprinkle with sugar. Let it brown well and test with a toothpick to see if it's baked.
