- Cassava (cassava, cassava).1 kg
- Sugar3 cup
- Butter or Margarine100 g
- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Dehydrated shredded coconut100 g
- Milk1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Peel the cassava, wash it under running water and grate it using a coarse grater or you can crush it in a blender then place it in a sieve and press well to remove the excess water and set aside.
- In the blender, place the grated cassava, milk, coconut milk, butter and eggs. Beat everything on medium speed for 1 minute. Add the sugar, grated coconut and salt and beat some more.
- Pour the cream into a round shape, greased with margarine and wheat flour, bake in a preheated oven at 230ºC for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Wait for it to cool and you can serve.
