- Sour cream400 g
- Colorless unflavored gelatin24 g
- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Pitted Prunes200 g
- Whole Milk350 ml
- Blend the milk, condensed milk, cream, and coconut milk in a blender. Add the gelatin prepared according to the package instructions and continue beating.
- Place in an oiled pudding mold. Place in the fridge until firm.
- In a pan, add the sugar and heat until caramelized. Add the water, the plum and let it boil for a few minutes. Let cool and spread over the unmolded manjar.
