- after that, grease a hole shape in the middle, and pass all the cream to the shape, cover with plastic film, take it in the fridge overnight, or for 6 hours.
- unmold the manjar, in a pan put the plum, the water and the sugar stir over medium heat until it takes on a consistency, a very beautiful color, about 8 minutes cooking, then wait to cool and pour it on top of the manjar.
