- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Liquid milk (use the same measure of condensed milk)1 can(s)
- Unflavored Gelatin1 unit(s)
- Strawberries250 g
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Filtered water4 tablespoon
- Dissolve the gelatin according to package instructions.
- In the blender, place the condensed milk, the cream, the liquid milk, the gelatine and beat for 3 minutes.
- Then put this mixture in a shape and take it to freeze for 3 hours.
- Syrup: In a pan, place the chopped strawberries, sugar and water over low heat until it thickens and has the consistency of jelly.
- Book some strawberries cut in half to decorate.
- After the necessary time unmold the delicacy and place the syrup on top.
- Keep in the fridge until ready to serve!
