- Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Vanilla or lemon essence to taste
- Preheat the oven. Beat the butter together with the sugar, then add the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Sift the flour together with the yeast and add the dough without stopping to stir.
- Divide the dough into two bowls. Add the chocolate in one of them, mixing well, and drops of the essence or lemon in the other bowl, stirring then.
- In a pan with a hole, alternate the layers of the two doughs, ending with the light dough.
- Put it in the hot oven to bake until, when you stick a toothpick in the cake, it comes out dry. Unmold it while still hot
