- Chocolate dough: in a bowl add the eggs, milk, sugar and oil and beat until smooth, then add the flour, baking soda, cocoa, salt, and baking powder, mix again until smooth and set aside.
- Carrot dough: in the blender add the oil, eggs, refined sugar, grated carrot, wheat flour, and a pinch of salt, beat everything, after getting homogeneous add the yeast.
- In a swiss cake pan greased with butter and encacauzada, first add the chocolate mass and then the carrot mass, put in a preheated oven at 180°C until baked.
- Syrup: in a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate, cream and butter, microwave every 15 seconds until melted. Beat everything with the mixer until it gets shiny.
