- Powder for preparing Maria mole1 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Boiling water200 ml
- In the blender you put the powder to prepare maria mole and the boiling water. Beat for 1 minute just until blended.
- Soon after, add the cream and condensed milk to the blender and beat for about 2 or 3 minutes to thicken well.
- In the meantime, take the sugar and place it in the pudding mold. Turn off the fire after forming caramel, add the blender mixture on top of the caramel and let it cool to put in the fridge for about 4 hours to get very firm
