- Whole milk1 l
- Condensed milk395 g
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Shredded Coconut100 g
- Corn starch5 tablespoon
- Jelly Berries350 g
- Reserve: a cup of milk and mix with cornstarch. The fruit jelly can be left in the fridge and used only when serving. Grease a mold, I put a little oil, there are those who prefer to just wet the mold, drain and then put the manjar.
- Place all the liquid ingredients in the pan, stir until mixed and wait for it to boil.
- Add the grated coconut and mix, then add the milk with cornstarch and gently stir non-stop for approximately 10 minutes.
- Put it in the mold and put it in the fridge. Here you determine the time in the fridge, I like it very cold, there are those who eat it warm because they can't wait!!! But remember to unmold need to harden in the fridge.
- Tip: when adding the milk with cornstarch, stir again. Using fouet helps a lot. Making your jam is quick and delicious. I'll post mine, check it out.
