- Wheat flour2 cup
- Refined sugar2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Oil2/3 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Cocoa Powder1 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grease and flour a round shape with a hole in the middle. Or use release agent. Reserve.
- In a blender, add the eggs, oil, milk and sugar. Beat well for 5 min.
- Transfer this mixture to a bowl or bowl and gradually mix in the flour and baking powder.
- In a smaller bowl, place 1/3 of this mass and add the chocolate powder. Stir well to add all the chocolate to the dough.
- Place the white mass in the form and place the chocolate mass on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 25 min. Or until it's golden.
- Note: Do the toothpick test. When the cake is golden, insert a toothpick. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready. If not, leave a few more minutes in the oven.
