- condensed milk2 can(s)
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- In the blender, beat the strawberries with the lemon juice. Leave some whole strawberries reserved for garnish.
- Put half of this mix in a refractory and take it to the freezer until it freezes.
- In a pan, place the margarine and condensed milk, cook over medium/low heat, stirring constantly until it comes away from the bottom of the pan. Let it cool well.
- After this cream is very cold, place it on top of the mixture of smoothie strawberries that should already be well frozen.
- Over the cream, place the rest of the strawberry smoothie with lemon and take it back to the freezer until it freezes.
- Remove from the freezer, decorate as you wish and serve next.
