- Cocoa Powder2 tablespoon
- Coconut milk1.5 tablespoon
- 70% chocolate square1 unit(s)
- Optional crushed chestnuts1 unit(s)
- Mash the banana well until it becomes a puree;
- Tip: I think it would also work with avocado, I've never tried it!
- Then add the egg and mix until smooth;
- Add the coconut milk, cocoa powder and chestnuts. Mix;
- Grease a small microwave-safe container.
- Tip: I don't advise using cinnamon. The brownie will be in the microwave for a short time and needs a wide container to be creamy and still bake. A small and tall container can leave it raw, and if we bake it longer, it can turn into a cake.
- Then break the piece of chocolate into several pieces and distribute over the brownie dough;
- Gently sink the chocolate chips;
- Microwave for 2 minutes on high power;
- Unmold and serve. I love serving it with a piece of strawberry.
- Note: Calories are high because of the chocolate square. If you want to remove it, the calories drop to 214kcal.
