- Natural yogurt2 tablespoon
- Oat bran3 tablespoon
- Chopped Strawberries3 tablespoon
- Whey protein3 tablespoon
- Water3 tablespoon
- Peel the banana and mash it well with a fork, set aside
- Beat the egg with a fork until foamy and add the natural yogurt and mix well.
- Add the mashed banana and mix well.
- Add the oat bran and mix everything together.
- Put this dough in a mug or bowl that can go in the microwave.
- Bake in the microwave for 2 minutes
- Wait for it to cool and unmold
- Make the protein syrup by mixing the whey protein with the water, if you want it more consistent, add more Whey
