- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Guava300 g
- Beat the eggs, oil and sugar in a blender for 4 minutes.
- Add the milharina and beat for another 4 minutes.
- To finish add the yeast and beat for another 1 minute, just to mix everything.
- Cut the guava into cubes.
- In a greased and floured medium shape, throw half of the mixture and add some pieces of the guava. Pour the rest of the mixture and bake in the preheated oven.
- Take the rest of the guava paste to the pan over low heat, place half the measure of the guava paste in water. Let it melt and reduce until it forms a syrup.
- After the cake is ready, wait for it to cool and unmold. Finally, place the guava on top.
