Bata os ovos, o açúcar e a margarina no liquidificador. Depois, acrescenta a 2 xícaras e meia de  farinha de trigo, o coco ralado e o leite .

Beat the eggs, sugar and margarine in a blender. Then, add the 2 and a half cups of wheat flour, the grated coconut and the milk.

Unte uma forma retangular com margarina e farinha de trigo. Despeje a massa e leve para assar em forno pré aquecido a 180° por aproximadamente 45 min. 

Grease a rectangular shape with margarine and wheat flour. Pour the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 45 min.
