- 1. Place the condensed milk, sugar and milk in a thick pan. 2. Bring it to a boil, stirring constantly, until it cooks well, gets creamy, thickens and unglues from the bottom of the pan. 3. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir quickly with a spoon until it loses its shine. 4. Grease a countertop or baking sheet with butter. 5. Pour the candy over the butter and adjust until it forms a square. 6. Cut with the knife into the desired shape. 7. The candy will still be warm. Let cool and serve.
