Em uma panela coloque o açúcar e o leite  e  água e misture bem. 

In a pan put the sugar, milk and water and mix well.

Depois leve ao fogo baixo. E fica mexendo por 25 minutos até da o ponto. De desgrudar da panela desligar o fogo. 

Then put it on low heat. And keep stirring for 25 minutes until the point. To unstick the pan, turn off the heat.

Depois que desligar o fogo continua mexendo por 2 minutos. 

After turning off the heat, continue stirring for 2 minutes.

Ultra uma forma com margarina e colocar a mistura na forma com a com o doce ainda mono conter com faca em pedaços da sua preferência.
