Milk cream


Em uma panela funda, leve o açúcar ao fogo baixo, mexendo sempre até que doure levemente (aproximadamente 5 minutos). 
Despeje o leite, misture e deixe fervendo por uma hora e meia. 
Retire do fogo, espere ficar morno e coloque em uma vasilha. 
Depois que estiver totalmente frio mantenha o doce em uma vasilha com tampa. 
Dica: Pode ser servido com queijo ou servir como recheio para bolos e tortas.


In a deep pan, place the sugar over low heat, stirring constantly until it is lightly browned (approximately 5 minutes).
Pour in the milk, mix and let it boil for an hour and a half.
Remove from heat, wait for it to get warm and place in a bowl.
Once it's completely cool, keep the candy in a container with a lid.
Tip: It can be served with cheese or serve as a filling for cakes and pies.
