- Butter100 g
- Wheat Flour with Yeast2 cup
- Maizena1 cup
- Sour cream200 g
- Condensed milk200 g
- Milk powder200 g
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, add the butter, sugar, eggs and beat well.
- After well beaten, add the cream and beat some more. Then, add the cornstarch and the yeasted wheat flour, beat until the dough is incorporated.
- Pour the dough onto a greased and floured tin and bake for 30 minutes.
- Then when the cake has baked, make a icing: with condensed milk and powdered milk. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes.
- When the frosting is ready, place it on top of the cake to decorate, in a sieve put the powdered milk.
