- Wheat Flour (I used 2½ cups)2 cup
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Water1 cup
- Lemon juice1/2 cup
- Sugar150 g
- Cake Yeast1 tablespoon
- For Topping - Coconut Milk200 ml
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Lemon slices and zest to taste
- Mix all the ingredients and finally the yeast. In a greased shape, put the liquid, and in the #oven bake for approximately 35 minutes at 200°.
- In the fire, take the coconut milk and let it boil, put it on low fire and add 2 tablespoons of sugar and let it get the thickest point. It will be our *fake condensed milk*
- After unmolding the cake, put the frosting and to finish, zest and lemon slices.
