- Powdered milk3 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Start by making the syrup.
- Place the sugar in a pan over low heat and stir until it melts and acquires a brown color.
- Gradually add the water. The syrup will be liquid and when it starts to boil it will thicken.
- Put the syrup in a mold.
- Beat the eggs in the blender first for 2 minutes
- Then add the milk, condensed milk and powdered milk and beat for another 4 minutes.
- Pour the liquid into the caramelized form.
- The way I'm using, cook in a bain-marie on the stove flame. Cooking time is 25 minutes.
- You can do it in a water bath in the oven. Cooking time will be between 1 to 1:30 hours.
- When you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean, it's ready.
- Let it cool well. Take the fridge to freeze a little before unmolding.
- In case the syrup sticks to the bottom of the mold, pass the mold a little on the stove flame to melt.
