- Syrup: 1 cup sugar1 cup
- 1/2 cup of water1 cup
- Pudding: First, beat the eggs well in the blender.
- Add condensed milk and milk, beat again
- Syrup: melt the sugar until brown, add water until it thickens
- I put it in a round shape, pour the pudding dough slowly on top
- Bake in a medium oven for 45 minutes, with the round roast inside a larger one with water.
- Prick the fork to see if it's done well..
- Let cool and unmold
