- Milk790 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Hot water1/2 cup
- Beat condensed milk, milk and eggs in a blender. Reserve.
- In a pan, melt the sugar until golden. Add the hot water and stir. Let it boil until the lumps that have formed melt.
- Pour the syrup into a mold with a hole in the middle.
- Pour the pudding liquid in the form, cover with aluminum foil and take it to a bain-marie, in the preheated oven, for about 1 hour and a half.
- Once baked, let it cool and put it in the fridge. Leave for about 5 hours and only then unmold.
