- Condensed milk395 g
- Whole milk395 g

- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Refined sugar1 cup
- Syrup: Melt the sugar in the pan until it turns brown, add 1/3 cup of boiling water and let it thicken. Put this caramel in individual molds turning them to get on the whole side (be careful, because it will be very hot). While it cools, make the cream.
- Place the condensed milk, whole milk, eggs and vanilla essence in a blender, blend and then sift. Place in the molds (which already have caramel) and bake in a bain-marie for approximately 40 minutes. It needs to be covered with aluminum foil and a preheated oven to 180 degrees.
- Tips: To make a large pan, double the recipe and bake for at least 1 hour. Insert a toothpick into the pudding and if it comes out dry, it's already baked.
