- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender, except the sugar and water.
- In a pan, add the sugar and stir over low heat until it melts, then slowly drip the water until it forms a caramel.
- In a form for pudding put the caramel, make sure to grease the sides of the form too
- Add the cream beaten in the blender in the form and take it to the oven to bake in a bain-marie for 30 minutes.
