- In a round shape with a hole in the middle, add the sugar over low heat, with the help of a spoon, always stirring.
- Make the caramel and set it aside!
- (CHEEF TIP: It's important to make the heat as low as possible. The sugar burns really fast. Make it over low heat and never burn your syrup again!)
- In a blender, beat the eggs, cow's milk and condensed milk for 2 minutes.
- Place the mixture in the caramelized form and take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1h20min to 1h30min in a bain-marie.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold.
- Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Enjoy your food!
