- Recipe
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Milk2 can(s)
- Sugar (for the syrup)1 cup
- water1/2 cup
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 15 minutes
- Bring the sugar to a boil until it melts and turns caramel color, then add the water, stir until everything dissolves and starts to thicken. Pour the syrup into the pudding mold and set aside.
- Beat the milk, condensed milk and eggs in a blender for at least 3 minutes (pass the yolks through a sieve to avoid the strong smell), pour the mixture into the caramelized mold and cover the mold with aluminum foil. Bake in a bain-marie for 1 hour or depending on the oven until 1:30 am. Test with a fork and if it comes out clean, it's ready.
- Wait for it to cool down and take it to the fridge until it gets cold to unmold.
