Em uma panela  derreta o açucar até ficar dourado.
Junte a água.
Deixe ferver até dissolver os torrões de açucar e a calda engrossar.
Forre com a calda uma forma com furo central e reserve.

In a pan, melt the sugar until golden.
Add the water.
Let it boil until the sugar clumps dissolve and the syrup thickens.
Line a mold with a central hole with the syrup and set aside.

Bater todos os ingredientes no liquidificador. Depois coloque na forma caramelizada e asse em banho maria  por 40 minutos, ou mais depende do seu forno.

Blend all ingredients in a blender. Then put it in the caramelized shape and bake in a bain-marie for 40 minutes, or longer depending on your oven.

Depois de assado, espere esfriar, e desenforme.

After roasting, wait for it to cool, and unmold.
