- Recipe
- Crystal sugar1 cup
- Warm water1/2 cup
- Eggs6 unit(s)
- condensed milk2 can(s)
- Milk800 ml
- Nest Milk1 cup
- For the caramel: Place the crystal sugar in a pan over low heat and let it melt completely. After adding lukewarm water and mixing so that it doesn't pack. Let it settle for 5 minutes, turn it off and reserve.
- For the pudding: place the eggs, condensed milk, liquid milk and Ninho milk in a blender. Mix well until it becomes a homogeneous mixture. Reserve
- Assembly: add the caramel in the mold with a hole in the middle (I used the 22cm one), after adding the pudding liquid using a sieve to make it smooth. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes to 1 hour.
- Once cooked, refrigerate for at least 6 hours. To easily misinform heat the bottom of the mold
