- Can of condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
- Milk1/2 cup
- Unflavored gelatin powder envelope (12g)1 unit(s)
- Water to hydrate the gelatin5 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Boiling water1/2 cup
- In a pan add the sugar. Over medium heat, let it melt completely, stirring occasionally with a spatula.
- When golden, add boiling water. Carefully stir with the spatula until the syrup forms.
- Pour the syrup into a central hole shape and carefully turn the shape to cover the sides. Reserve.
- Hydrate the colorless gelatin with water and microwave for 15 seconds, according to package instructions.
- In the blender add the milk, the cream, the condensed milk and the already hydrated gelatin
- Whisk everything until smooth.
- Pour the blender mixture into the mold with the syrup and put it in the freezer for 1 hour or in the fridge for 4 hours.
- Unmold on your favorite platter.
