Milk pudding with plum syrup

- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup

- Make the syrup by taking the sugar cup over low heat until it melts and turns brown. Be careful not to burn.
- Add the water little by little and bring the syrup to a boil.
- Separate 1/3 of the syrup and put it in the mold. The rest mix the plum and bring to the fire to cook.
- Beat the eggs in the blender first. This process lessens the smell and taste. I do the same for making pancakes.
- Add the milk and condensed milk and beat for at least 3 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to the mold with the syrup and take it to the oven in a bain-marie covered with aluminum foil. Or you can use a pot that steams.
- After the pudding is cooked, let it cool and unmold.
- Finish with the syrup and the reserved plums.
