- Sugar to caramelize the mold1 cup
- Water for the syrup1 cup
- Sugar for the plum syrup to taste
- Caramelize sugar in your own form
- Beat the eggs, condensed milk, the same amount of milk, the cream and the vanilla extract in a blender for 5 minutes.
- Place in the already caramelized shape and heat in a bain-marie for 45 minutes.
- In a small pan, add water and the plums, sugar to taste and let it cook until the syrup is reduced and they are soft.
- When the pudding is ready, unmold, put the syrup with plums and take it to the fridge for 2 hours. serve ice cream
