  1. Let's start with the pudding syrup, I put 3 cups of sugar in the pan you like the most and heat it over low heat
  2. Stir the sugar over low heat until all the sugar has completely melted.
  3. Once all the sugar has melted, add 1 glass of water (for every 3 cups of sugar a glass of water)
  4. I put the syrup in the pudding mold and let it rest while we make the pudding
  5. I put the liter of milk, the 2 condensed milk and the 5 eggs in the blender and blended well.
  6. Beat for approximately 5 minutes to ensure you don't get that hateful egg smell lol
  7. I put the liquid in the mold with the syrup and covered it with aluminum foil, shiny side down.
  8. I placed your pudding mold inside a larger mold with water, because we are going to bake it in a bain-marie.
  9. A very important thing is to add vinegar to the bain-marie water, so as not to darken the shapes.
  10. Bake everything in the oven at 180°c for 1h 10min
  11. After the preparation time, let the pudding cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, before placing it in the refrigerator.
  12. Leave it in the fridge for approximately 3 hours and it's ready... the longer it is in the fridge, the more guarantee of excellence
  13. Serve it to the family and I hope you like it
