- Let's start with the pudding syrup, I put 3 cups of sugar in the pan you like the most and heat it over low heat
- Stir the sugar over low heat until all the sugar has completely melted.
- Once all the sugar has melted, add 1 glass of water (for every 3 cups of sugar a glass of water)
- I put the syrup in the pudding mold and let it rest while we make the pudding
- I put the liter of milk, the 2 condensed milk and the 5 eggs in the blender and blended well.
- Beat for approximately 5 minutes to ensure you don't get that hateful egg smell lol
- I put the liquid in the mold with the syrup and covered it with aluminum foil, shiny side down.
- I placed your pudding mold inside a larger mold with water, because we are going to bake it in a bain-marie.
- A very important thing is to add vinegar to the bain-marie water, so as not to darken the shapes.
- Bake everything in the oven at 180°c for 1h 10min
- After the preparation time, let the pudding cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, before placing it in the refrigerator.
- Leave it in the fridge for approximately 3 hours and it's ready... the longer it is in the fridge, the more guarantee of excellence
