- Wheat flour200 g
- Cornmeal400 g
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Minas cheese100 g
- In the blender, beat the milk, eggs, sugar, salt, margarine and lard, beat until it forms a smooth and dense cream, transfer to another container, set aside.
- In another container, sift and mix the wheat flour, cornmeal and yeast very well, mix the grated Minas cheese in the flour, gradually add the wheat flour interspersing with the cream from the blender.
- Place the dough in the greased and floured form. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 40 min or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry.
- Remove from oven, let cool and unmold.
- Let cool completely and serve!
