- Butter75 g
- Sugar150 g
- Cocoa30 g
- Sour cream100 g
- Water50 ml
- Chocolate sprinkles to taste
- Make the dough. In a bowl, place the oatmeal, 20g of sugar and the butter. Mix until it forms a quiche dough. Reserve.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, shape the pies in pie molds in the shape you prefer. Number 1 molds were used in the photo.
- Bake the bases for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Meanwhile prepare the filling. Take a pan with the remaining sugar and water and make a thin syrup. Add the cocoa and milk cream, mix well and let the brigadeiro point.
- Remove the pies from the molds and fill with the brigadeiro. Decorate with sprinkles
