- Organic Dry Yeast1 unit(s)
- Warm water250 ml
- Panettone essence1/2 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour500 g
- Chocolate in Drops or Candied Fruits.200 g
- Beat the eggs, sugar, butter, dry yeast, warm water and the essence of panettone in a blender.
- After beating, transfer to a large bowl and add the wheat flour. Stir until homogeneous. (the dough is really soft)
- Put a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour add the candied fruit or chocolate chips.
- Put the dough in the molds and brush a little oil on top. Let it rest for 1 more hour to rise.
- Make an X on top of the dough and put a spoon of butter so the dough is light when baking.
- Bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
- (Don't forget to pack so your panettone doesn't dry out.)
