- Melted butter120 g
- Sugar120 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Biological Yeast10 g
- Hot water250 ml
- Dried fruits to taste
- Almonds to taste
- Icing sugar to taste
- Essence of Panettone1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the butter, water, yeast, eggs and sugar After beating, take the liquid to a bowl and add the panettone essence and flour, mix well. You can use a mixer to help
- Add the candied fruit, then cover and let the dough rest for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, add the dough to the panettone molds (this recipe makes 10 mini) and let it rest for another 40 minutes.
- After the 40 minutes, finish the top with sliced almonds and light icing sugar to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, or until they are baked and golden.
