- In a mixer, beat the egg whites and add the sugar in 2 steps. Beat for about 5 minutes or until the dough is very firm and heavy, forming stiff peaks.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, make the desired shape, I chose to make circles about 8 cm/s in diameter, but any size works.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 100 degrees for about 1 hour. It shouldn't be golden.
- Beat the cream until it becomes whipped cream, put it on top of the sighs. Cut the strawberry and reserve the prettiest ones to decorate.
- Place the pieces on top and decorate.
