  1. In a mixer, beat the egg whites and add the sugar in 2 steps. Beat for about 5 minutes or until the dough is very firm and heavy, forming stiff peaks.
  2. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, make the desired shape, I chose to make circles about 8 cm/s in diameter, but any size works.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 100 degrees for about 1 hour. It shouldn't be golden.
  4. Beat the cream until it becomes whipped cream, put it on top of the sighs. Cut the strawberry and reserve the prettiest ones to decorate.
  5. Place the pieces on top and decorate.
