  • Emussifier for ice cream1 tablespoon
  • Mint powder for ice cream2 tablespoon
  1. Put the condensed milk and the cream in a mixer to beat for 1 minute.
  2. Add the emulsifier and mint powder
  3. Beat until doubled in size
