- Wheat flour2 cup

- Margarine1/2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Chocolate powder4 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- In the mixer, add the yolks, margarine and sugar, until you get a homogeneous cream.
- Add the milk and beat some more.
- Add the flour little by little.
- In another bowl, place the egg whites and a pinch of salt. Beat them until firm.
- Pour the beaten egg whites into the dough and mix carefully.
- Add the yeast and mix well.
- In a greased shape pour half of the dough.
- In the other half of the leftover mix the chocplate powder and mix well.
- Then put the dough with the chocolate in the shape along with the other.
- Bake at 180°C for 35 to 40 min.
