  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Coconut oil3 tablespoon
  • Brown sugar3/4 cup
  • Oat bran1 cup
  • Cocoa powder1 tablespoon
  • Yeast1 teaspoon
  1. Blend the carrots, eggs, coconut oil and sugar in a blender.
  2. In a container, pour the liquid mixture, add the oat bran and stir well. Finally, add the yeast.
  3. Take half of the mixture to a greased shape with coconut oil. Add cocoa powder to the remaining half, mix well and pour over the mold.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 40 minutes.
