- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Coconut oil3 tablespoon
- Brown sugar3/4 cup
- Oat bran1 cup
- Cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Blend the carrots, eggs, coconut oil and sugar in a blender.
- In a container, pour the liquid mixture, add the oat bran and stir well. Finally, add the yeast.
- Take half of the mixture to a greased shape with coconut oil. Add cocoa powder to the remaining half, mix well and pour over the mold.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 40 minutes.
