- Water210 ml
- Chocolate powder 50% cocoa1 cup
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Yeast1.1/2 tablespoon
- First, heat the water, which should be hot but not boiling. In a bowl, break the eggs and mix well with a whisk or fork. Then add the sugar, oil and mix well. After that, add the water and mix a little more.
- Now put the chocolate powder and add the wheat flour little by little, always mixing well. When the dough is homogeneous, add the yeast and give it a light mix.
- Grease your mold with a hole in the middle with butter and wheat. Pour the dough and bake in a medium oven at 180° for approximately 40 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean!
- Make a syrup of your choice or enjoy without anything! It's perfect!
